I have worked with teams of all ages. Dance is heavily reliant on community and connection. Rather it is being crazy with the kids or having meaningful conversations with teens/ adults; I love it all!
Classes I Offer
I Am Here To Help
This is for the churches who already have a praise dance team and want to have a personal group class. I can teach choreography for you to minister at your church and/or host workshops to help you guys grow as dancers. This can be a one day event or a full conference!
Gospel Jams!
You read that Right! A night of fun and dance for your kids with ALL GOSPEL MUSIC. A safe space to drop your kids off knowing they will be spiritually protected and cared for. We will learn dances to fun songs that they can teach their friends. Spending time with God is fun!
Praise dance classes
I will lead a warm up and stretch then teach a praise dance depending on the level of the dancers in the room. This class is to worship and challenge yourself.
Worship nights
This will be a worship free for all! Bring your flags and an open mind!. We will pray sing dance and worship until our hearts are content.
Worship and stretch
If you feel stiff, stuck and find it hard to be free in your movement this is the class for you. It will be a calm atmosphere to loosen up your joints and stretch your muscles. No judgment! Only room to explore more!
More Than A Dancer
Dance is a way of life that has given me many opportunities. Beyond dancing I love to teach that our voice and our thoughts matter. This is me speaking at the Pennsylvania state capitol in advocacy for arts education.
I Can Come To You!
I can come to your Sunday services and share a praise dance. I like to visit first so that I can have a better understanding of the culture there. Next I would come with a song prepared for me to dance to at any point in your service. I can also dance during your praise and worship.

Above everything else I love to worship! I welcome you to join me and find your own personal worship because their truly is nothing greater than Gods presence.

Praise dancers are rarely trained at the same level as industry performers. My goal is to share the tools I have learned along the way to help deepen my worship through movement. Exploring the way in which your body is called to move is a spiritual expirience.
The Arts Are Essential
Encouraging creativity is very important in society. It keeps us unique and cultivates passion for life. Even if you do not want to dance for a living it is a great tool to combat burn out and many other spiritual battles.
